LQRY Series Conducting Oil Pumps
LQRY series heat pumps in our heat carrier heating system has been widely used, has entered the petroleum, chemical, rubber, plastics, pharmaceuticals, textile, printing and dyeing, roads, food and other industrial fields, mainly used for conveying weak corrosive solids temperature liquid, temperature ≤ 350 ℃, is an ideal hot oil circulation pump.
Product Features
LQRY Series Hear digestion and absorption of the unit is developed on the basis of foreign oil pump of the second generation product, the basic structure in the form of single-stage single-suction cantilever foot support structure for the axial suction pump inlet, outlet center vertically upward, and motor mounted on the same base.
LQRY Series Hear the support using a double-ended ball bearing support of the structure, used lubricating oil front, the back-end with grease lubrication, the middle of a lead pipe to always observe the situation and the recovery of thermal oil seal.
Using self-heating thermal structure, changing the traditional water cooling structure, the structure is simple, small, operating cost savings, performance, use and reliable.
LQRY series heat pump, (1) with packing seal and mechanical seal combined form, packing with high temperature resistant filler, with good thermal adaptability and the mechanical seal is used high mechanical strength, good corrosion resistance of the hard carbide material to ensure the sealing performance under high temperature conditions.
(2) use of third-generation PTFE (referred to as PTFE) sealing the sealing lip made a leap in performance, improved reliability than the rubber seal 25 times highly corrosion-resistant.
